For any purchase made at ASICS HK and Macau Stores (except for Citygate Outlet), Reward Points will be automatically credited to the Gold Member's account on or after the next day following the transaction.
For any purchase made at ASICS HK Official Online Store, Reward Points will be generated and automatically credited to the Gold Member's account on the 14th day after order is completed. Not applicable to orders with any return or refund application.
For any partial return in a single order, the generation of Reward Points will be subject to delay. Reward Points of the non-returned items will be generated and added to your account only when the return & refund process is completed. ASICS HK reserves the right to modify the Reward Points without prior notice owing to return & refund. If any discrepancies for points calculation and expiry arise, the points balance shown in “My Points / My Reward Points” under “My Account” shall prevail.
A “Silver Member” make a first-time one-off net purchase of HK$900 or above at ASICS HK and Macau Stores (except for Citygate Outlet) or ASICS HK Official Online Store can become a “Gold Member”. No Reward Points of this first-time purchase will be generated as Reward Points are not applicable to “Silver Member” at the time of purchase.
