The Reward Points are valid for 365 days (from the date of generation). Accumulated Reward Points can be used to redeem cash coupon during the valid period. Expired Reward Points will be automatically forfeited. No refund, in any forms, will be arranged. If any discrepancies for points calculation and expiry arise, the points balance shown in "My Points / My Reward Points” under “My Account” shall prevail.
