For purchase at ASICS Hong Kong official online store, shipping and delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong and Macau. After purchase with successful payment, please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing, prior to shipping, depending on carrier cut-off times. Delivery methods and respective logistics companies are as follows:
Home Delivery: Deliver by JD Logistics/SF Express (Logistics company is randomly assigned and cannot be selected)
Self-pickup (SF Store / Locker): Deliver by SF Express
Things to pay attention to:
- Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Scheduled delivery is not available. Same day shipping is not guaranteed on any orders.
- Delivery services might be affected by high sales volume, due to large-scale events or special festivals.
- Home delivery service is available to commercial or residential addresses. Please fill in the relevant address during checkout. Please DO NOT enter any SF Stores / Lockers or other third-party operated self-pickup locations’ addresses. The shipment is subject to delay due to incorrect delivery information submitted, and the recipient is responsible for any additional shipping fee requested by logistics company.
- For self-pickup orders, please note that the Pickup Code will be issued exclusively through the SF Express official mobile application (SFHK App). To ensure a smooth collection process and stay updated with real-time shipment tracking, we recommend downloading the SFHK App in advance and enabling push notifications on your mobile device.
- If you fail to collect your order within 7 days of your collection date, your order will be returned to us and will no longer be available for collection. We will automatically refund the original purchase price of your order while delivery fee would not be returned.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email with the waybill number by respective logistics company. Also, customers can obtain the waybill number under “My Order”. You can track the delivery status by entering the waybill number on corresponding shipment tracking website.
